God’s plan for us should fill us with hope, not dread of the unknown. We know that He is good and that He loves us. He says that He has no plans to harm us. Do we trust Him? Do we believe His word? Then we have hope for our future.

Give Thanks
Give thanks. Give thanks. Give thanks. If God is good and in control, then give thanks.
To Feel Joy
Give thanks to the Lord in all circumstances. Complaining brings about no change in your circumstance but it does make you upset. Being grateful, praising and thanking may not change your circumstance, but it changes your perspective. Maybe you will notice the ‘silver lining,’ but you certainly will feel better. It can allow you to feel joy in the middle of troubling circumstances.
Evidence of Grace
What evidence of grace is there in your life? A changed heart, a provision, joy in difficult circumstances, peace when others fear, being the friend who shows up at the right time and says the right thing, a loving relationship with your spouse. God’s grace is sufficient for all our needs. It can bring about all these things and more.
Surrender
Have you given your children to the Lord? Do you hold fast to your plans for their futures or have you released them to the Lord? What about for yourself? Have you released your hopes and dreams to the Lord? Do you want His plans for you or do you want Him to make your dreams come true? Surrender your life to Him today and surrender your tomorrows as well.
The Right Time
Be ready in season and out of season. It’s always the right time to be obedient to His word even if it isn’t the time for official ministry. We’re always to be ready to share the gospel message in word and deed.
Peace that Endures
Peace that endures comes from a trusting heart that knows and obeys God’s word.
Evident Grace
Be filled with the glory of God so that His light shines and His grace in your life is evident.
Simple Praise
From the mouths of babes comes God’s praise. What do they know? They know only love, having their needs met. Praise for the simple things in simple ways. Don’t presume to know how God is working out a situation. Know only Him and your thanks for your ‘daily bread.’
Trust and Obey
Trust and obey, for there’s no other way, to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey
Your reaction to your circumstances reveals your heart. Does it trust the Lord? Does it react with peace and anticipation or concern and worry? Do you want to be happy? There’s only one way…
